helpful staff lovely room beautiful gardens dirty windows unprofessional service early checkout reminder
i found the staff quite helpful. natasha and caroline especially sorted out my dietary needs without issue. i had a lovely room with a view of the water fountain (it was quite relaxing to watch). the summit bar and restaurant overlooked the golf course. i took advantage of walking the beautiful gardens.
the reception windows were dirty inside and out. i noticed thick cobwebs outside, which probably had been there for months.

a excellent hotel experience
landscaped garden really good interaction pristine facility spacious room
the gardens were beautifully landscaped. every interaction with the hotel staff was really good. all the facilities were pristine. the food was amazing!!! we ate in the bar, and the food was lovely. the rooms were very spacious. youtube and netflix were available on the tv.

The bar was busy , and I waited over 20 minutes to get served. Staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. I also found the bar menu limited . I think it lacked variety.
